The International Plasma Centers of Excellence (CoE) Network will establish a mutually cooperative and supportive international relationship between members.
The International Plasma CoE Network will stimulate the exchange of scientific ideas and personnel (students and staff).
The International Plasma Centers of Excellence (CoE) Network will be a strong basis for collaborative organization of conferences and workshops concerning plasma technologies and fundamental science on low-temperature plasmas.

To promote international collaboration on low-temperature plasma research through appropriate cooperation and arrangements for fruitful scientific international exchanges and to foster innovative research in support of the science and technology of low temperature plasmas.
